Hi there, my name is Heather Phillips, and I am your mortgage loan advisor in Manchester TN, and surrounding areas.

My husband’s job in the military took us to Texas for a few years but when we moved back home to Tennessee nearly 10 years ago and purchased our first house. During that process, I realized this was exactly what I wanted to do – help others experience the feeling of “we did this” on closing day. For years now, it’s become my passion to build relationships with people in the community that I call home.

My goal is to guide you with wise selections to achieve your short and long-term financial goals. Whether that is your very first home, the purchase of your vacation home, or a refinance, I strive to make the process as smooth as possible and take pride in providing you with the highest quality of service.

I have two beautiful daughters. I love watching them compete in sports, and traveling with my family and I have a strong love for music.
